Copyright

You may print pages from NBPM sites (including restricted sections) for your personal use or business needs, provided you do not publish, copy or retransmit any content printed from NBPM sites. In addition to this limited permission to print content, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reissue, upload or transmit any NBPM site content in any form or by any means whatsoever without prior written authorization from Normandin Beaudry Private Management.

 

Trademarks

The Normandin Beaudry Private Management name, Normandin Beaudry Private Management expressions and logos (NBPM trademarks) used and displayed on NBPM sites are the exclusive property of Normandin Beaudry Private Management. Therefore, you may not copy, reproduce or download any NBPM trademark without prior written authorization from Normandin Beaudry Private Management.

 

Restricted-access sections

NBPM sites contain sections with restricted access. If you are authorized to access any of these sections, you are required to keep your username and password confidential. Unless prior written authorization is obtained from Normandin Beaudry Private Management, you are strictly prohibited from sharing your username and password with anyone. Normandin Beaudry Private Management will take every technical measure necessary to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

Any individual who accesses the restricted section of an NBPM site without prior authorization from Normandin Beaudry Private Management is in violation of Normandin Beaudry Private Management’s intellectual property rights. Should this occur, Normandin Beaudry Private Management will use every legal means necessary to stop such an act and will seek the recovery of all damages and interest incurred directly or indirectly as a result of this illegal act.

 

Data used for technological or statistical purposes

On NBPM sites, data transmitted between computers (cookies) is used for functionality purposes. Some information, such as a list of the pages visited on each NBPM site, are used for statistical purposes.
